The merger of Foresi and Rotostatic into the Argos Surface Technologies Group finalised

The two companies specialised in industrial coating are now officially part of a single industrial reality employing over 350 people.

The Argos Surface Technologies Group, which since 2020 has been grouping the leading companies in the surface treatment and coatings industry, announces the merger into it of Rotostatic, a company founded in 1978 and based in Borgaro Torinese (near Turin) specialising in cataphoresis and powder coating, and Foresi, a company based in Gonzaga (Mantua) boasting over thirty years of experience in industrial coating.

The merger will give rise to a single industrial reality with an overall annual turnover rising to 23 million Euro, 158 new employees and two plants, including the group’s largest covering 24,000 m2 (former Foresi) and one covering 4,000 m2 (former Rotostatic).
